May 2013: Farewell Jeff

18 months and 29 pounds later I said goodbye to my trainer Jeff. He is retiring from the business. I was super sad to say goodbye but I have learned a ton of routines I can do on my own. I put a lot of muscle on in his little gym. I wish him the best of luck to him with his future business adventures!
