May 2013: Angel Food Cake

For extra credit Lizzy was to make a cake that was served from Eleanor Roosevelt to Amelia Earhart. It was a learning experience for me having never made an angel food cake. The topping was divine. it was made from real whipping cream and strawberries. It was a win win project for both the teacher and our tummies!
