April: Easter 2010

It was so fun to have my parents and grandparents here for Easter. My mom has always held an Easter egg hunt for the kids when we went to her house. It didn't matter if it was March or June, she still held one. Finally, she was able to be present on the right day for one!

The older three kids took off running gathering as many eggs as possible. Our easter bunny has lots of eggs but maybe just one or two jelly beans in each. So the kids have to have a lot of eggs to make a handful of candy. What a smart Easter bunny!

Lizzy looked in the hard places first.

Ethan just explained how the rules worked to Grandma Woolley and Papa Martin.

Then it was time to bust them open and eat the goods!

He's becoming a sarcastic punk at age 9.

Easter dinner was with the Hall's and Croppers. We also invited my friend Julie's family. As usual, my mom had 3 games planned for the kids.

This is pin the tail on the bunny.

The Casper kids watched and were so polite. Don't they know that 4 boys in young mens=choas with games? I guess their mom toilet trained them at gunpoint...or something like that.

It was a beautiful day!
