June also included 2 graduations. None of any significance. In fact in public school we pride ourselves on celebrating mediocrity. This was on display for Andrew's 6th grade graduation (which I was in charge of and yes it was pretty awesome). As you can see the theme was Hawaiian. Nothing says Hawaiian like black plaid Andrew! Then the following day I had the privilege of attending Ethan's Kindergarten Graduation, where he proudly dressed up in a BYU tshirt and wore underwear! Then that next day we had Lizzy's end of season soccer party where my besty Vicky got thrown in! Lizzy had a good season. She loves soccer. I love watching her get feisty.

June 2013: Very Busy June Part 2
June 2013: Very Busy June Part 1
Let's just say June was very busy. Lizzy had a field trip to Hanley Farm. Ethan wrapped up a successful season of soccer with 8 goals in his final game. His coach Andrew was pleased (and even more pleased with the 10$ he received as a thank you from all the parents for coaching). Brian spent all his spare time on different roofs with some bees and these bees were put in the back of our minivan when we were just on a leisure drive that ended up bee hunting. Ethan had his first field day where he showed mad skills. And Sophie and I hiked table rock and she was such a trooper!

May 2013: Mother's Day
My heart was so full this Mother's Day. It was one for the memory books an will be hard to top! And yes, a lot of food was involved!

May: Ethan the Engineer
Ethan asked me to come see his creation. I first looked at the blocks and thought it was just a pile of blocks. But on closer inspection couldn't believe te detail he went to create a spaceship! Watch out Andrew, Ethan's on your heels as an engineer!
May: Eagle Court of Honor
I got to help with my first court of honor since being out in scouting. It was wonderful and these boys are a few of my favorite!
May: The Pool Is Ready
Roger uncovered their pool to prepare it for summer. The pool temp was about 68 degrees. We had Sunday dinner today at their house. Stevie wanted to go outside so I let him. This is how far he took wanting to swim without my interference. Good thing I was watching him!
May: Softball Game Fun
Who says you can't find something to play with at your 50th softball game for your sisters??? How about a little chalk dust and diet coke.
May 2013
Lizzy ran for student council. It's good to have a graphic designer in the family. Nettie is no longer the black sheep by not becoming a nurse. She won! Thank you Nettie!
